Mechanical Seal Faces
Mechanical Seal Faces are primary sealing members to prevent leakage. Mechanical seal faces are sliding or rubbing to each other. One part is stationary usually assembled to gland plate and other part is rotary assembled to rotating sleeve.

Mechanical Seals come in a wide range of designs however the most important factor when determining how long a seal is going to last, is deciding on the right seal face materials. Our Engineer Expert has analysed various seal faces combination to suits best on running rotary shaft to enhance seal faces life with lowest wear and tear. With special topology on Sealing faces we can achieve long life seal faces and MicroSeals provides it.

The most common types of seal faces are: Carbon, Ceramic, Silicon Carbide, Tungsten Carbide, GFT (Glass Filled Teflon), CFT (Carbon Filled Teflon). Thus MicroSeals provide wide range of Mechanical Seal faces as primary sealing member in Mechanical seal and rotary unions with best quality and services.
